This helps 70% of the customer questions to be answered by the chat-bot immediately. - Individually led E2E architecture, design, development and deployment for chatbot from scratch. - Implemented fully functional multi-tenant chatbot with 30+ KPIs using BotFramework v4 with TypeScript and Node in the back-end and Ionic v5 with DirectLine in the front-end. - Created, uploaded and trained 20+ intents and 10+ entities in LUIS. Added chitchat for 100+ scenarios with Professional persona in QnAMaker. - Presented and conveyed 5+ innovative ideas and designs with UI/UX teams, product owners and business partners. - Documented 25+ user stories in JIRA and created 5+ Confluence pages for technical and deployment notes. - Fixed over 50+ bugs to increase usability and security. - Worked closely with DevOps for Dockerization and QA team for setting up Botium to speed up Automation and Testing.
